How do I submit a Benevolent Fund form?

1-Get a token and wait in a queue.

2-Get a diary number after form submission.

3-After the diary your form will be sent to the audit Account and data entry section.

4- Ok receipt will be given after the complete process.

5- A deficiency letter will be issued if your application is found incomplete.

6-Provide your phone number for message and contact.

7-Put a complaint in the Complaint box with your CNIC, Dairy no, and Name of the Grant department.
